Self-Measurement Guide

Refer to the Image: Use a flexible fabric measuring tape. Stand straight, wear thin clothing or undergarments, and keep the tape snug against your body without pulling it too tight.

  • Bust / Chest: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust apex, ensuring the tape stays completely level across your back and under your arms.

  • Natural Waist: Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your torso (typically 1 to 2 inches above your belly button). Keep the tape parallel to the floor and breathe naturally.

  • Full Hips (Low Hip/Seat): Stand with your feet together and wrap the tape around the widest, fullest point of your hips and seat (usually 7 to 9 inches below your natural waistline).

  • Total Length: Measure straight down from the High Point Shoulder (HPS)—where your neck meets your shoulder—down over the fullest part of your bust to where you want the garment’s hem to finish (e.g., knee, calf, or ankle).
